About the Artist and Show:
Lynn Martin draws her art inspiration from nature, her travels and everyday experiences. This show features her paintings, and a number of original sketches which provide a glimpse into the artist’s creative process.
Many of the pieces were inspired by animal and human postures, patterns of light, or by the act of capturing the essence of a bird, animal, figure or scene while sketching. Among the works are acrylic, watercolor and mixed media paintings.
